Mayne Island Regional Trail
2.3km of Multi Use trail running from the BC Ferries terminal in Village Bay to the Miner's Bay Village. Ramida is working with CRD Parks and Engineering to create a sustainable piece of Mayne Island infrastructure.
Past projects
William Head Sewer Rehabilitation
Contracted to Corrections Canada to replace in service sanitary sewer manholes and install Cure-In-Place-Pipe lining of sanitary sewer lines.
Camosun College Wilna Thomas Renovations
Contracted to Heatherbrae Buiders to install drainage, trench, excavate retaining wall, backfill, grade site, and prep for patio slab, all while college was still in session.
Michigan Street Townhouses
Contracted to Knappett Projects to excavate for foundations, retaining walls, and undergound utilities. Site preparation completed for curbs, gutters, and landscaping.
Salish Sea Affordable Housing
Contracted to Knappett Projects to excavate site, excavated for foundations, prepare site for underground utilities, backfill, base preparation, and parking lot preparation.
Government House Sewer Upgrade
Contracted to Aral Construction to excavate for firemain backflow installation, sewer lift installation, sewer main installation, and manhole replacement. All completed while grounds open to the public.
Dinosaur Lake Campground
Contracted to District of Hudson's Hope to clear site, and created gravel roadways, trails, campsites, and parking lots.
